leadership? Leading a group of people to complete ahcieve a goal and mission. What is the different between a leader who get fully support from group member and a leader who get a lot of shit from the group member?? With a group of helpful, supportive member as a leader i can complete my mission and achieve what ever i want!!! But on the other hand is different, sometime i really dun know should i use my "power' as a leader to control the member?? We are adult and i do believe we all have and can think maturely NOT like a small child, we not playing sand or what every single things you did might influence the end result!! Aren't you think of it?? Im afraid you are NOT!!!
